Sister Visit! (part 1)

When you live across the country from all of your relatives, it is a rare to treat to have them come visit you.  But it sure is a sweet treat when it comes along.

Destiny, Robby, and their girls came to see us in NC!  We had such a fabulous time with them.

*Robby wanted to get a taste of history while he was here, so we headed to the Guilford Courthouse battle site.

*To celebrate their 5th anniversary, Destiny and Robby headed out to the beach for a couple of days to themselves. So I got to watch their cute girls!

You never know what might happen when Auntie Andi is watching you. :)

*I took the girls to the children's museum. I hadn't been there in years. It was so fun!

Olivia took her pilot's duties very seriously.

Quinn honed her shopping skills.

*We let the kids skip a day of school and headed to the beach, too.

Every seatbelt in the car was used.
And the kids were GREAT on the drive.

*We spent the weekend at Myrtle. We had perfect weather and loved our time there.

Cousins!

THIS is how to spend the last weekend of summer.

 Sisters!
(Apparently with similar black-and-white swimsuit tastes.)

Olivia is fearless in the water!

Robby took her boogie boarding and she loved it.

B caught some good waves, too.

It seems like wherever we go on vacation,
Brandon decides he wants to move there.
Myrtle is his new dream place to live.

Andrew and Whit built a big fortress.

 Weeeee!

We spent the most of our team at the beach
and in the pools, but we did sneak down to get some seafood.
The closest we got to group shot.

Andrew and Brandon's favorite meal of the year.

Liv also takes her dinner seriously.

After church on Sunday, we drove up the coast to NC and took the ferry.
It was a fun and windy ride.

Olivia loves her Uncle Drew.

We stopped across from Ft. Fisher and took windblown family portraits.

I didn't coordinate outfits for our family.  Oops.

We had a few more days at home with them, but I have so many pics that I wanted to break it up into two posts.  Stay tuned.
